Having spent time cleaning up beaches and, like I said, interacting with the various wildlife in the area, it's a really important thing that I think a lot of people sort of overlook from time to time, because most of us are living very firmly on ground, many of us are landlocked, and a lot of us never even get to see the beach

And I read the Blue mind and the whole interconnection and interdependence that we have kitha the ocean. Whether we like it or not, we are water. And now more than ever, it's just important to be as healthy as we can and embrace nature and embrace the ocean. So, yeah, man, that's what's up
