Hi Surya. What I really like about this is that unlearning is never easy, but that is the only way to grow. So one has to drop those old habits, patterns that are not serving us, the limiting belief system that is not serving. One has to let go of that so that you can grow, you can become a better version of you and explore new possibilities

I think we need to first acknowledge that certain things if they look some way, they doesn't mean actually it is that way. And human line is life is all about learning unlearning and relearning. There are so many beliefs that have been told to us by our parents but if you look back with those beliefs we can't follow them in the present generation so we have to let go of them
