So for me, it was a win win situation because I was pairing two people together. There was a person that had a piece of property they wanted to get out of because they wanted to move on. So they got what they wanted. I had a person that came to me that wanted to buy a piece of real estate and they can buy and make a living American dream with no money down, got their closing cost paid and actually able to walk with money at the closing table
