One of the main things is I started to realize that the last two dating relationships that I found myself in were centered in desperation and that I had to really work on believing my confidence because I've taken the fake it till you make it mentality recently. Because confidence is something that you just kind of build over time. It's really hard to build up if you've never had it before and if you struggle with low self esteem like I did

So I took a hiatus actually from dating. I didn't do it right away. Maybe it was like probably five years after broke up with my kids mom that I finally attempted and I found myself kind of just settling for whoever was out there and was interested in me. And I didn't find that to be that enjoyable. So there would be these many times where I would kind of stop doing the online dating thing and then I would go back and I would stop and go back

Thanks for listening and for responding. Do you think that you're going to put yourself out there? Sounds like you're on a hiatus right now. So next year, are you thinking about going forward in the process of dating and going back on a dating site? Or like the alternative, just going out to places to meet people or like I know, like, everybody's not a club person

That's kind of how it goes. She looks nice or when I'm at Target or something, she looks nice. But then I have to think now too, like d***, are they around my age or not? But yeah, again, those are excuses. I have to say I do find it easier to do it online than in person. And I am one of those guys you have referred to that don't talk to women as much in person
