And I called late potato chips, and not necessarily to complain about the chips, but just there was a customer service number and I was curious about who it went to. So I called the customer service number and spoke to somebody and told them I really like their chips and they sent me coupons, too. So, moral of the story or question of the story? Rather, have you ever called a company to hold them accountable to their moneyback? Gurantee were you successful in getting your money back?

I've had issues with DoorDash where I wasn't doing that, but I was genuinely p***** that they would f*** up my order or something like that and they would offer a coupon or something like that. But yeah, it's usually annoying when I have to contact customer service. It's not something I want to do even now
