So all those good learnings I had in the childhood which is certainly I'm carrying forward throughout my life also. And also I demonstrate that characters to my children also if they can also pick up from that. I feel that these the basic foundation in the childhood are very important for somebody's characters are developed on that basis. So a simple learning of life is a celebrating journey of life. Is the good learning from the early childhood. Yes

And particularly there is, we are listening lot more news around challenges in the supply chain these days in the Indian Ocean and Red Sea and some other part of the world

Something like what you do at the office and leave it at office and come to home free of mind. And what you do at home, leave it at home and go to office to. We are not machines, we are human being, we are emotions. We have something which carry forwards. So for me, work life balance can be better achieved. What I used to practice, a happy home. So when you have a happy home, so things are better
And most important is how are you evolving under these situations, emotionally, physically and spiritually? Because it needs a dedication, focused efforts. So how are you keeping the pace with the time? Thank you

When you put the responsibility of decision making to a team, then they realize what they were doing in the past and what they have to do now, and how they can improvise. So they take the ownership and that's how the success becomes easier. Believe in me. This approach enabled me to improve many companies performance to many fold level and with the same set of people and with the same set of resources

Because the early childhood, what the character is developed is it keeps an impact on the overall life. So that is very important. What you learn in the early childhood or what you make your kids learn in early childhood. Like if there had been some failure in the early childhood, I think we should not put our kids on the stress, because this failure also is a good learning process

You have all the expectations from the companies or the management. But first of all, you should also say that what you are giving in return. So first, if you invest your skills and your performance in a company in today's world, definitely you will be rewarded for sure. So that is something which I expect the young generation should look at this point very strongly instead of only expecting.
