This is a big question to us to look into and particularly since after COVID I understand there is a global impact of COVID which impacted most of the people across the globe in terms of physical wellbeing. In terms of mental wellbeing, in terms of spiritual wellbeing. But still we are impacted most what can be the major reasons or what are the key issues around it. So would love to know from you next some of the facts from the report

On the other hand, countries which formed later were blessed by good government, less corruption and less expectations. Also, that could be one reason. When we have more expectations, we have more of setbacks. Another reason, which I feel is people here are not able to decide easily because of so many invasions happening. So many people came and looted our country, converted the people. And the injury, the trauma, to be more precise, is still rooted in the DNA

You. Many categories are prepared in this happiness index. There is employment rate, there is per capita income, there is resources, different kind of resources and so many things are there and small. All countries get benefit but slowly we will achieve it and definitely we have to work on it and our position will be better and we have to work on our resources and we have to work on different fields. Then definitely we will do good enough in this index

Thank you so much Vivek sir for sharing this swell. And I don't want to go into the details of this index because I want to focus my energy on the process of making India smile from the bottom of its heart. Like all people are growing, celebrating themselves in enjoying what they do and they do everything with a sense of joy not because they want to achieve something from that work. All Indians are doing something because they are joyful from within and they are expressing their joy through their work

People are becoming more ambitious, we are taking more responsibilities. We do have more information now. And in this all, when you have so much information, when you are aiming high, when you have so much exposure all of a sudden to the world, it is definite that there must be a level of anxiety and unhappiness. I'm not saying that could be the only reason of why the happiness index is not high

@kaveri_bhatt

Thanks Kaveri for your sharing. And I think this is absolutely makes sense from this perspective. And I have read somewhere also that people from specific geography, if you see their faces, they will look like sad. They are not happy. And that is because day they don't have resources of earning the traumas of the past and that is how they are always in the thinking mode and particularly the male community of that geographic reason. So from that perspective I can connect

Thank you Rakesh for this motivational sharing. And I think yes, we have all those reasons to be more happy as compared to any other part of the world, be it our social structure, be our families, be our culture, the kind of environment we are living in. Of course, there are some other factors which are overtaking all these positivity. So we need to balance it out and work consciously towards this goal. Even the Kaveri also talked about some of these reasons and aspects

So definitely we can make it or we can achieve it as a country, as an individual, as a leader of an organization or any place, wherever we are working, it can be definitely worked upon. One thing which I would like to mention here is I always feel that happiness or the joyfulness is not something we should be dependent on outside world. It's a habit which we have to develop, which we have to work upon

@Qyra

Thanks Kayla for sharing these insights. And you rightly touched based upon various scenarios and perspectives. And of course, this is very difficult to find out what is working and what is not working. But when we look around, when we see ourselves, when we see our families, when we see our society, when we see workplaces, so we can have some clues from there, we know that happiness is not something, it's a goody goody kind of thing
