We are making a self sustaining model. We are on a track to achieve our goals. So what we can do about it? We can change our routine at least few moments, few minutes, five to 10 minutes. We can spend to make some habits which gives us joy like drinking egg tea, drinking coffee, doing prananayama, doing walk. We can look for humorous moments with our friends, with our relatives, with our unknown people around us. Many times we keep ourselves in a routine
