Spirituality in 21st centuary
Actually, if you see this is a subjective experience and nothing to do with what others experience during their journey. So we can say this is an individual experience too that often goes beyond the confines of organized religion. So simply we can understand that spirituality has nothing to do with the religion or with the practices. It is purely an individual experience which can be achieved, attained based on one's orientation. One can sense it in Sevabhav or in the service of humanity

Hello G Namaste. Thank you for the invite. For me, a spirituality is all about finding a connection or building a connection between mind, body and soul. You are rightly said it has nothing to do with a religion. It's all about finding peace within, knowing ourself better. By practicing spirituality, we'll get to know about ourselves. It's like we dig about ourselves deeper and deeper each day
