Nothing to regret. All that happens, happens for the well being. Currently I am offering basic yoga practices like simple yogasana, stretching, meditation and pranam to school children. All the sessions are specially designed by me. These are child friendly sessions catering the age group of four to 14 years. I also introduced them some daily prayers, that is stutis, mantras and moral stories. They even learn some daily rituals through different mindful activities
Okay, Sunalisa. So my second question to you is, how do you define spirituality? How do you see spirituality in your life? What it means for you? Everyone see it from their own perspective. It's it about their own experiences. So it will be great if you can share little more about it

It is the most beautiful and powerful form of my being, which is beyond any physical or psychological dimensions. It encompasses my belief, values and my principles, thereby giving meaning to my life and existence. This also directs me towards the purpose of my life. Often I try to understand my spiritual nature by exploring my inner self through contemplation, meditation, prayer, chanting and different mindful activities. And this leads me to a sense of peace, calmness, fulfillment and purpose
Yes. GREAT. So one question comes to my mind about yoga. That how do you see yoga and how it has impacted your life, what kind of changes you are able to bring in your life because of yoga? You. So when you look back, how do you see your life with or without yoga?

This is also five basic points. Saucha tapas that is discipline. Santosha contentment most important for me, whenever my negative thoughts make me discontent, I always pat my back for being contented and stay contented. Then swadhyaya or self study self reflection. Every day I practice to do self study of spiritual tests. The last one is isa pranidaha. Surrender to a higher power. Yoga Asana on the path to freedom. Yoga is yoga Asana on the path to freedom

You. There are many as I have been through many obstacles both physically and mentally. In 2009, I had a surgery of my submandibular gland in all India. Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. That time the pain was unbearable in my throat. I was hardly able to eat or drink any thing. My kids were too young to understand my situation. The younger one was only four. It was through affirmations, inner confidence that I could make it inside the operation theater
So with this, I am very thankful to you to accept for being guest in our podcast today and I personally enjoyed this conversation and I'm sure it will be a great insight for all of us or those who are listening this podcast. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful day. Have a great time at thank you

Holding the breath inside, long exhalation, how to drink water, what to do when you wake up every day, what mantra you should chant while having your meal, what rituals do you do while bathing, how do you do sandhya bandana and how to say affirmations while you go to sleep at night are few of the basic practices I teach them. To practice this we hardly need a separate timing. It is a way of life if you can willing to make it possible
