It is a state of unhappiness and anxiety and this mood disorder leads to persistent feelings of sadness and loss of interest. Depression is not a resultant of an overnight mental health state. As per my opinion, depression is the result of the fast moving lifestyle, the busy hectic schedule and as you said the internet. I would rectify it as the social media, the limelight that everyone wants to seek one attention as they want to be the most popular, they want to be the most famous. That is the one more thing that is surely measure cost for all these things. And another thing that I would like to raise is the hope of not getting success, not getting higher success
Every time I use to get he used to say these lines, these lines I used to listen every time I am alone in this fault, I have nothing, what should I do living alone in this world? I wanted these two seltors et cetera, et cetera. So sometimes I use it to console that person saying no, you are not alone, you don't you shouldn't think like that today and tomorrow it'd not be yours, but one day become yours further you should be alone
