I feel like I'm in control of my emotions a little bit better than I usually am. Friday night, stuck in traffic. But overall, it has been a lovely day. A learning experience for me. I learned to have patience. I learned how to use my words, to encourage, to inspire, to put people in their place and still do it with a smile. So it has been a lovely day

Thank you. What a kind hearted, sweet, genuine swell. Let's see, today I woke up, I did my morning breathwood meditation. Actually. I laid in bed for a moment on my phone because I couldn't keep my eyes open for the life of me I was going to fall back asleep, finance or my phone. And it felt like I couldn't physically get up out of bed. So that was how the day really started

This is very sweet. I hope you had a lovely day, too. Looking back at some of my Swell invites, as I haven't been on much and due to just a very busy life the last week, week or two. But I looked back at this invite and it was November 10, which was my mom's birthday, and I didn't get to see her
