Is the customer always right?

And I would invite your thoughts around this question as to what do you feel if the customers are always right? Happy to hear what you have to say. Thank you

So I think that is the case, but it actually varies on a case to case basis, I guess, because not every approach is going to work under every circumstance, given the fact that market is dynamic and the needs of the people keep evolving, keep changing. And if you have to be in the business, you have to have that trust of your people, and then you also have to challenge them. You cannot be in your comfort always. You also need to challenge your people

In sales, no means next one, next one, then the next one, then the next one. That's how it matters. It's the numbers game. And the more number of people you are able to speak to, the more number of people you are able to shake your hands with, the more connections you make, the more friendships you make. It's not about the product or service you are selling. It's about the relationship that you are selling

It has to be based out of facts and figures and at times conviction that we have or the faith that we have in our own decisions because at the end, the results or the outcomes are to be borne by us. So thank you so much for a ponding. On to my swell cast and see you around. Thank you

It's a business. Everybody wants to make profit and have their customer happy. But then there are times when you have to take kind of bargain and a risk, a calculated risk about potentially losing a customer at times versus ensuring that your business goals are met. So those are some thought points that came out after listening to you. But thank you so much for sharing in your views. Those views that you've shared about ensuring you have a commitment for your customers is amazing

It's very difficult to find out whether a person is walking into your store to buy something or for window shopping. So there's a methodology to do that. There's a technique, a question answer based technique by which you can find out exactly whether the customer is interested or not. The questions are meticulously framed so that you can take him in the direction where you want him to be
