Write something, write anything. Write whatever your mind implies. Write your heart out. For some people, writing and conveying a feeling is a long process. But for me it's the only process. Let me tell you what is the feel when you write down from your mind or your heart? When you write down you'll be liberate from the suppressing matters that itched you so long. When you write down, you can converse with papers and pens without thinking you're crazy
