What is your "why"?

article image placeholderUploaded by @vcalexander
I was an effective communicator when it pertained to everything else. But when it came time for myself, when it came time to set boundaries, when it came time to say no, I do not like that. When it came time to say no, that bothers me. When it came time to say no, I do not like how this makes me feel. I had a problem saying no. I had a problem speaking

Always know why you are doing things. Be intentional with your actions

I have felt so free and I've only been on here for like a month now, but I feel like I have been freed up even more in being able to communicate who I am without any type of judgment or backlash on this particular social media site. I just feel like the people here and the community here is so accepting and so inviting and so kind, and I feel like this is a space where I can truly be me. So I understand exactly where you're coming from

So I am so honored that you were able to get what I was saying, and most importantly, that you were able to identify with it. So I'm Vanessa, and I'm not sure how the communication works on here if you're able to message people directly, but if you are and you've already figured that out, feel free to message me. We can even swap numbers and check up on each other. But this is what this is all about

Hey, it's never too early for tears, Vanessa. Never too early for tears. Tears are cleansing. Tears are pure. Tears are a beautiful, drip dropping of spirit to cleanse you and make you feel whole again. So I love to cry. There was a time in my life where I could not cry and I didn't have any tears. And I had to ask Scott to give me back my tears

Hi, Vanessa. Really enjoyed your swell. Wow, that was a mouthful. And it so resonated with me. I actually believe you have a little bit of an accent where you're raising the Caribbean culture. I was I'm originally from Panama, so I can definitely feel where you're coming from, identify where you're coming from. Having West Indian parents was a blessing, but it could also be a bit difficult when you mentioned about your mouth is going to get you in trouble
