Motivation vs Inspiration! Is there a difference?
Hi, guys. So I'll just quickly clarify a few things because, you know, there has been some confusion regarding this for some time. So, you know, the question clearly is, is there a difference? So yes, there is a difference. First of all, motivation is incomplete without a prefix, which is self. So it's always self motivation, self motivated. Nobody can motivate you. Nobody other than you. The only person who can motivate you is you yourself

Hey Veron, I do think so. That motivation and inspiration are two different things. Inspiration is just the first step that creates a spark, as you said, to do something. And motivation comes within from yourself only if you aspire that to do so. And for me, even the motivation can't help. If you're not ready to do it, people will tell you to do this or that. Or you'll see videos that may inspire you

I never forget having a conversation with one of my business clients many years ago who asked me a question during a coaching call. How do I motivate my employees? My response was, you can't. All you can do is inspire them and then hope that they pick up the torch and move forward from there. Because motivation is a very intrinsic, internal journey
