MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION

Hello everyone. Today I am here to talk about mindfulness and meditation. What is mindfulness? In person, mindfulness basically means to live in the presence and this is a cognitive skill or technique that is a brainly technique which is achieved by us in form of meditation. What is meditation? Meditation as we all know if to understand in a layman language, to give our soul away in order to achieve eternity. Do you know how meditation plays an important role in achieving mindfulness?
