Rich people make their body suffer because they have so many problems to solve and they amass more wealth than they can use. But this is treating the body as an external thing. Those who seek honor and respect our day and night thinking about how to improve themselves, they never dare take a wrong step, and thus they drain themselves. Our birth is at the same time the birth of our worries. And the wishing for a long life clouds our minds, because then we always worry about death

And it's impressive to hear them come together as a complete long form content block. It's pretty fascinating. I definitely think that the non action is tricky for me in particular. I'm very action oriented. Like, very action oriented. I base a lot of my success on the sensation of accomplishment, and I see that there's a way of non action that can equally be measured as such. However, it's much harder for me to acknowledge that
