The Music and The Muse

article image placeholderUploaded by @ValBGood
You know, some known facts is music has been proven to improve our concentration, our memory, and our memorization. All of us know the abcs and kindergarten. That's the only way we could remember it. It was in music. Music definitely heals, which I know now is my sole purpose. Music reduces stress, depression, trauma. I mean, like, music gives meaning and reflection. I can go on and on, and I know I will on the next post

In discussing the effects of water, one that makes me question is, why are they studying it now? Because they always known this. And we also know that we are made of 75% of water. So the significance of music on our bodies is immense. The music, the mind, body and soul. A question. What music is musing or inspiring you? I ask, what music are you using to start your day and ending it with? So let me know

But I'll tell you what I've been listening to when I can, which is probably going to sound terribly, terribly corny to a lot of your viewers who are going to check out as soon as they probably say it. I largely, right now, just right at the present, tune into a praise and worship station

One of us would say, let's just keep driving forever. You know, it's just, I don't know, something great about jazz music. So, anyhow, I'll stop talking here. Thanks for being so excited to hear from me. I really appreciate that. And I really enjoy hearing from you, too. Have a good evening

And it just, something about one of the songs was so dark, it just really changed my energy

Home of sanity. Hope you're doing well. You triggered something when you said jazz. It struck a chord in me because I grew up in the household where my father was a big jazz head since he was a child. So I grew up as. As early as three, four years old, just listening to all types of jazz. And my mom was big into R B. So I grew up in a family with a lot of different music, but my father was

Oh, yeah. Yeah. I'm not talking about Kenny G, so. I do like Kenny G, but I don't know. Yeah. Thank you for the Coltrane album. Reference or referral. That's great. Yeah. Bb King and all those. And I remember one time, actually, it reminded me, we went to Chicago and found this bar off the way. And there were some. We just sat in there
