All of the Maternity Benefit Act and the Equal Remuneration Act, all of these acts are actually put in place from like so long. The Equal Remuneration Act was put in place in 1976. And yet women do get lower wages than men. The rank that we have for global gender gap is a solid proof of that. So girls need to be made aware of their rights. And as you mentioned, proper education and awareness is the catalyst to bringing about this change
