The new condiment was developed by Pepsi and the Culinary Institute of America, known as CIA. Not the one with the spies, the consulting division that according to a press release, quote, the concept is both simple and creative, end quote. According to David Cayman, the director of client experiences for CIA Consulting. He was quoted as saying in that press release the distinctive flavors and vibrant citrus blend of Pepsi enhances the bright and tangy characteristics of ketchup, offsetting the smokiness of the hot dog

The way that you were describing the cola chip, I can certainly see how the sweetness from the ketchup, the tanginess from the cola, and the saltiness from the hot dogs would really make a great condiment, great pairing. And, like, one of my favorite pairings for a hot dog, I like to put mustard, relish, onions, and celery salt. So to me, that makes up a top tier hot dog. But I'll also do mustard, spicy mustard, and coleslaw

You probably aren't not probably well aware of this, but that the secret ingredients in Coca Cola were cinnamon and nutmeg. I found that to be interesting, and since then, I've tried it on different things, and it's like, oh, okay. That's interesting, and thank you for your comments, I guess what I'm saying. And I look forward to making a million bucks and me being able to do a story about you. Thanks

You. Oh, Bob, I wish. I hope I make a million bucks. I hope I do. But yes. Cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander seeds and browning sauce. Yes, like kitchen banquet browning sauce. And you can make your own browning sauce. I've also read it just using some molasses and water sugar, kind of like using brown sugar has molasses in it. The thing is, everything that I make is a lot of the base recipes are just on the Internet

I liken it to if one were to isolate the cherry flavoring of a Cherry Coke, what you'd be left with would be Cheerwine. But Cheerwine has a sauce in partnership with the sauce and seasoning company Cacalaki, which of course is also here in North Carolina. Cheerwine sauce is the sort of sauce that I think some places might call a barbecue sauce

Coriander seed and burnt orange rind. Sounds like an incredible flavor. I love the description of the different colas too. Thanks
