Conley was in the car with JFK the day of the assassination. He, conley was struck by a bullet that shattered his wrist, fractured his fifth rib on the right side, punctured his lung and then lodged in his right leg. In 1980, at that press conference, I was standing next to him when he looked at me and said, you want to see it, don't you, boy?
