The animal popularity in Hong Kong was inevitable. It was led to some of the owners finding that maybe they bid off a bit more than they could chew. For that, there are shelters such as the Tow Bunny, which was set up in 2015 and dedicated to finding new homes for abandoned rabbits, often at public adoption centers.
