What Causes Nervous Stomach?

article image placeholderUploaded by @Urbanlegends
What's more stress can increase the frequency or the severity of symptoms in the quote, disorders of gut brain interaction, end quote or dgbis. These include conditions like the irritable bowel syndrome, in which a variety of symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation occur without a clear cause, or functional dyspepsia stomach aches that occur during and after eating without a known cause. Dgbis are thought to be characterized by ongoing disturbances in the communication between the gut and the brain

Mr. Dennis, I would like to thank you for killing it. Once again, I am loving your channel. Yeah, if that doctor could possibly tell me how to get out of that feedback loop, that would be fantastic. If I could redo my stress and anxiety, yeah, that would probably be great. But that's probably not going to happen. So my stomach's still going to hurt, but at least now I know where it comes from. Thank you again, Mr. Dennis

And I have really, over the years, had to personally make that my basic mantra and understand that I was upsetting myself and making this happen more than any real physiological factor that was involved in it. Yes, I had to watch what I was eating and whatnot everybody does that, but because I have tried to change the way I think and my philosophy about just living my everyday life and realizing also, and this is almost very Zen like that
