Louis police spokesperson Sergeant Charles Wall said officers responded to the medium security institution colloquially known as workhouse after three men called 911 to ask for some help. Police did help free the men from the cell, but then they arrested them, walls said. The men face possible charges of property damage, burglary and stealing. The investigation is ongoing.
