Corporate Psychopaths

article image placeholderUploaded by @Urbanlegends
The quest for money, power and control is what drives the corporate psychopaths, and they are ruthless and efficient in gaining these. My talk will explain what makes these individuals tick and how to identify them before they cause serious damages. Being able to identify these individuals could also play an important role in informing investment decisions. Firms without corporate psychopaths in them are more likely to be viable, sustainable and less likely to collapse again. End quote. That according to Body

It's something I noticed in one of the reports you cited. They said money, power, the quest for money, power, control, et cetera. Basically it does some really bad things when there's a corporate psychopaths. Well, thing is a lot of people approach personality profiling and other things in a lot of abstractions

So a lot of times what you see is psychopaths are disproportionately represented in certain fields. They're attracted to situations and settings where they can control others, makes them feel powerful and to some extent it makes them powerful just by practicing in that way. Unfortunately, law enforcement is one of those places that people with antisocial personality disorder are attracted to and that's very problematic and it's very damaging in business. It's very damaging if it's in health care
