He contacted the Law Society of Kenya and following an internal investigation, it was concluded that someone else had tampered with the lawyer's account. That someone was the similarly named Brian Moenda Najaji. After being granted access to the system, he proceeded to change this profile picture and apply for a law practice certificate. After gathering enough evidence, the Rapid Action Team of Law Society of Kenya's Nairobi branch arrested Brian Mowenda Najaji on charges of impersonating an attorney

And then, of course, miscongeniality, maybe, where she was pretty much an FBI agent acting like a fake beauty pageant winner to see, I think it was, who was doing fraud or whatever they were doing in my miscongeniality, but just hilarious. A fake lawyer winning 26 cases. It's like, at that point, is he fake? He probably just use fucking common sense. Because I find lawyers to be much like anything else.
