Number 42 why do you always blow things way out of proportion? Number 43 let it go already. Number 44 you're confusing me with somebody else. Number 45 I never said that you have a terrible memory. If you've heard any of these phrases, the people that you know are gaslighting you, and you should be prepared to deal with that and recognize it. The best way to do it is by saying I think you're gaslighting me and I don't believe it

It's having an honest dialogue and interchange. Now it gets abusive and it becomes like questioning sanity and somehow undermining their sense in their own power of reasoning. It's good to check yourself and it's good to check if you're reasoning incorrectly. But yeah, none of that's really necessary. Anyway, thank you for the food for thought
