AI and Marketing - understanding Customer Behaviour

There was no option there by which I could say, ask the recorded voices that, look, yes, my balance shows this, but why did you disallow the credit card in that case? So I had a disturbed sleep for the night because I was always thinking that possibly there could be something else to it. So the call center opened at 09:00 A.m.. I spoke to a customer executive who again reiterated what the recorded voice had said. I said then, but why did it risk it?

Okay. Sorry, I didn't notice when the five minutes limit was crossed, so I'll just take one more minute. Because any case, whatever I planned to do this week was almost coming to a close. So I was basically trying to emphasize the point that empathy and connection with human beings is a separate aspect which we are far away in the world of artificial intelligence. But are we really far away? If we are really that far, how come Chat GPT has come as a regenerative AI?
