We need to begin to be more aware of them, understand them, so that we can learn to manage them better. The more we understand these difficult emotions that we go through, the more we are able to understand who we are and more importantly, who we can be as an individual. Thank you

When you are born on this planet, you are bound to confront a lot of problems. No life is going to be easy over here. And once you are forcing yourself only to see the positive things around you and you start chasing away, you will start ignoring your negative emotions, whether it's sadness, whether it's anxiety, pain or whatever. So it's very important for us to acknowledge these negative emotions as well
