Independence Again
You. Good evening, patriots. By the time you hear this message, it will be Independence Day. A day that we're supposed to spend with our families and loved ones and friends, popping off fireworks and barbecuing. And you know what? Having a beer or two, God forbid. But I can't help but think this Independence Day, how we're so divided still. It's really sad

And they keep on doing it because of their orientation, because of their commitment to something higher than their own discomfort. I find politics very uncomfortable, and I know you're in it. And I know that you have built up a belief system that helps you say, I am a voice, I will make impact. And I love that. And that's, I think, also something that I carry with me at a much micro level than the macro, standing on a stage and running for office
