Relationship

You. So what do you do when you've been in a relationship for the last twelve years but the relationship is so broken and it's broken to the point of no return. You fault, fault and fault to save this relationship. But the fighting has ended. There's nothing left to fight for of. How do you move past that? How do you let go of all that time with someone when you know that it's broken?

Hi. First off, I'm just really sending you lots of support right now. I'm really sorry that you're going through this. I've been through a situation similar before and I just know that feeling of just sadness. It's like I think for me, had to look at it as like, grieving. I had to grieve this relationship and allow that time to take place because it's not going to go away in the day

And that's one of the things that I learned and witnessed, is that a lot of times we either, one, bury ourself in heartache, or two, try to deny it. And there's a fine line, I feel like you should try to acknowledge that it's there, acknowledge that it hurts. Acknowledge that things didn't work out the way that you originally wanted to or thought that they should have, but don't allow yourself to get so overwhelmed and consumed into it

Don't I feel like I deserve being peaceful? Don't I feel like I deserve respect? That self aware. Self regulating is another step regulating myself, keeping my emotions in check. So I will do things that are prosperous. Prosperous actions. Going backwards is not prosperous. Going back to the person that hurt me hoping that they will say this miraculous statement or they hug me in a different way, it'll melt all of my pain away

#HEALING

So you keep exercising through the pain, and then all of a sudden, you'll see your butt is lifted now, your ABS are getting smaller and your arms are getting more firm. But if you stop, you won't see the results. And it's not anything that's instantaneous, which is what I would get when I went backwards to my ex husband. It was instantaneous feelings of joy, instantaneous feelings of oh, he really does love me. Oh, he really does accept me
