This is titled available. I made myself available to you. I slept lighter, I stayed up longer, all in the hopes of speaking with you, virtually spending the night with you, talking on the phone with you, on your way home with you, only for you to reach a driveway that's not mine. I swallowed that loss. You talk about uncontrollable feelings equating to being in love with the one you can't resist, how the connection can be denied no matter what current relationship status exists

Wow. I'm bookmarking this poem because I don't know, I just I have listened to it a couple of times, and it's just really it's so beautiful. And all the little details that you included, all the little plays on expectations, I really felt, and I really related to the idea of just making yourself available to someone
