There is a tribal village nearby and few more Valley views from this Panama I have been living in Kwamutu for more than 15 years, but I have never known about the small Hill only in this long run time period. Want to know about such a beautiful place since inturistic travel were not available. This was a wonderful alternative to spend the evenings at. Thank you

I've heard of Palamalay a couple of times I heard that there is a very beautiful temple right at the top of this Hill, but it involves somewhat of a steep climb. I just wanted to ask you if you've been to the temple and if you have, how is the client? Can kids also do it, or do you think it's not advisable to undertake the track with kids below seven?
The temple in Palmala is totally accessible by road map. Cars and bikes can easily come up the tricking. Road to Palmala is a little on the difficult side and also it is dangerous because of animal crossings like elephant and all.
