What you would do is you would get a number and make it 50% of that to 70%. So either 50 if you're new to this, or somewhere between that and 70% of your weight. So it'll be 50 pounds to 70 pounds. You would do as many as you can. You have three breaks to complete the 100. So, hypothetically, you would have to get 25 or more reps on the first round. So let's say you get that

It's. Hey, Tony, this is pretty interesting. I've never heard of it. I like the idea of it. Today's my rest day. But tomorrow, when I go to the gym, I will absolutely give it a try. It sounds kind of fun and challenging. I know it's still going to be hard to do 50% of the weight, but nonetheless yeah, thanks for sharing some tips and tricks on working out and gaining muscle
