I can say Sunday evenings feel a bit off, but yesterday, actually, it was an exception because the weather from where I am, Kolkata, has been really nice the past few days. We have been enjoying intermittent showers of rain and there is this relief, sense of relief from the heat and humidity. So, yeah, it feels really good to have such a beautiful weather, and somehow the weather kept the blooms at Be. So I sort of related to your Sunday experience

There is something fascinating about sunsets

I just love to sit down and look at the sun going down and it is somewhere a sense of completion, a sense of conclusion, a sense of hope that this is going to rise, and then the realization that that sun is actually not going anywhere. It is me who is moving. It's the Earth that's moving. The sun is right there. It's not going, it's not coming, it's not rising, it's not setting. It's just right

But to your point, on Monday blues, you said that usually Sunday evenings Monday blues start setting in. So I wanted to share a little snippet that I put together on our Instagram page. And I'm sharing the link with you for that particular post, which is about Monday blues. So the reality of Monday blues and how you can actually think a little differently about Monday blues. So do read it and let me know what you think about it. I look forward to your response
article image placeholderLoveLiveLearn on Instagram: "Monday blues is a very common and casually used term for a larger concern we tend to brush under the carpet. The Monday blues are when you feel down at the start of the week. You might feel anxious, depressed, or have a sense of dread about Mondays. Dragging yourself back to the working week after a two-day break can feel like a chore — all the more so if you're unhappy in your job. A 2020 study explored employees’ emotional well-being on Mondays. Researchers asked whether people tended to feel rested and restored after the weekend — or the opposite. The results showed that at the beginning (versus the end of the week) employees reported: lower levels of job satisfaction higher levels of job stress. (Source: psychcentral.com) Some simple ways of coping with Monday blues can be journaling, meditation, exercise. For long term results, aligning your purpose with your job and intentional prioritisation can be highly beneficial. Want to explore?
