Teachers vs pro athletes salaries
A professional athlete, especially if they've shown they can perform, could bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in merchandise, ticket sales, ad revenue to local or broadcast companies when they broadcast on their TV stations. Bring in that much money, especially if the team has success on the field or court, they're bringing in that revenue. So therefore, they deserve that money

Teachers take a young person that has an interest, let's say, in biology or really anything, and they unlock the imagination of that child. And then that child turns around and goes out
Because a teacher to me at the very least if they're not going to make a lot of the money in the world they should at the very least be excused of having to spend the full amount in the world. Because I think as essential as a doctor is to society I believe a teacher is too to teach is to open the door and create leadership, create strong team members to create like future greatness in an athlete potentially or an administrator or a president, a senator
