So it's like offensive to the ear because it feels like it's training teenagers to speak that way, where not only is there no reason to use those words, it makes you seem less than what you are by using them excessively. So now it's just like, it sounds like I know I'm old now because all that language sounds like scratching fingernails on a chalkboard to me
