And it's kind of, like I think I kind of get it because, I mean, like, when I'm looking at, like, this task, like, oh, man, like, yesterday there was this, like, cup, right, that didn't want to, like, open. And it's like I tried, like, five times. At least three. I kept trying and it wouldn't come off

Anyway, this is sort of a tangent, but I've done the same thing with respect to stemming behaviors that can be tied to autism and or ADHD. Now that I know certain behaviors are stems that are unhealthy, I can divert them to different kinds of stems and also knowing how my brain reacts differently to caffeine than sometimes other people. For me, caffeine can help focus me unless there is a tipping point and then it puts me to sleep

And I'm always a supporter of stuff like this, and it's probably too early for you, but just to plant the seed in the back of your head, what you're already kind of doing. But as you learn more of these things, I'm sure there's people like you that don't know them, and you could share them, you could blog it, whatever, videos, newsletter, whatever works for you, a book, just some ideas
