Overthinking

Maybe it's that conversation you had with a loved one where you said maybe some things you shouldn't have said and you kind of replay that over and over in your head and it just doesn't stop. You just keep thinking about it and thinking about it and no matter what, you just sit and think. Well, at some point if you continue to do that, that's where it can cause anxiety or stress levels can go up and it can just lead to some real dangerous territory

I can attest to that. So I really do thank you for opening up this form and given some great tips on how to decrease overthinking and to do more enjoyable things in your life. Just to have a better day, as you mentioned, is a must. I'm saying that September is the month of self care, so I encourage you and your listeners to do something for yourself, like a facial. Friday. That's what I had today, a facial

Facial Fridays. I absolutely love that. Truth be told, I have never had a facial. I've never had a massage either. So, to your point, selfhare is so important. And thank you so much for responding to my post. I'm glad that you can relate to it. And thank you so much for giving some tips. The more tips we have, the more we can improve our life overall. So thank you. And I'm looking forward to my facial Friday
