You. It's Friday morning, 05:14 a.m. I'm sitting at my counter, my bar with my laptop, journaling, and a thought popped in my head. As I'm writing, I'm thinking about how life deals you an interesting hand and you learn to work with what you have. And then I took myself my out a little bit deeper and it led me down a path of the needs of people and what people do to get those needs met

And you covered a lot of coping mechanisms or attention seeking behavior in this short swell, so I can't possibly speak to all of them, but I do think the most important thing we can all do is be aware of these habits and recognize that even if we have the awareness of the habits that you listed, there's still a very high likelihood that we're going to imbalance at some point in time into some of those. And that's just always something to watch out for
