I work at a restaurant part time. I'm an educator. I work in the school system. However, I started working at a restaurant part time on the weekend. And I was talking to my manager and learned that one of the employees that just started he hasn't even been there a month was promoted to a lead position. And for a moment, I had to back up, and I questioned her. I said, Are you talking about the person that just started?
