The phrase I am is the most powerful phrase in the entire universe for our mental wellness and our lives for that matter. And what do I mean by the the phrase I am? And how do we apply that to our lives?

So for example, if you're feeling angry you can say I am feeling anger or I am experiencing anger or I'm noticing I'm angry or I'm aware that I'm angry because feeling and experiencing and noticing and being aware are good things. The anger is the not good thing. And so we want to keep the not good word not coming after the phrase I am. We want to separate that word from the I am statement
