Another example is if you believe that you are powerless and incapable, then you will be attracting and searching for and seeking things that validate that belief. So you will be looking for things that make you feel powerless. You will be looking for things that make you feel like the victim. You will be looking for things in scenarios where you feel like you are incapable because your outer world must reflect your inner world. So, to simplify it a little bit more, let's say your interior world is black

It's. Also, I would like to add that how you treat yourself will also be reflected on how people treat you. So for example, if you are feeling that you're not being respected or you're being disrespected from others, ask yourself are you respecting yourself or are you disrespecting yourself? If you feel like you're not getting love from others, ask yourself self, are you giving yourself love? Because if you're not giving yourself love, you will not be receiving love from other people

Thanks. This is so helpful for me to hear because I think that you nailed it. You know, you nailed it on the head or you hit the nail on the heidi. Because what you describe, I think a lot of young, especially young people, young girls, are trying to mimic what they see in social media. They get lost in that transition and not realizing how amazing they are inside. I love this post. Thank you very much for sharing it

And so I would allow people to speak to me or speak about me in ways that was offensive, but I wouldn't speak up. And I would just try my best to let everything roll off my back. And I'm not going to let it bother me, and I'm just going to act like I don't care. And then I started to develop like this inner anger

Hey Laura, thanks for bringing up this topic and I feel its all about "Law of Self Attraction" inorder to heal ourself.

And I think that's extremely important to remember. It's the law of mirroring, the law of attraction. Like attracts like, et cetera, as I mentioned in my podcast. And so as within, so without. Right? So I really appreciate your comments, keep adding them. It really adds to the conversation. It helps people learn and grow. And the more that we can do that, the better this world will be, essentially
