You want to practice self love every single day until the day you die. And like going to the gym or building up muscles. The more you do it, the stronger you get and the better it gets, the better it gets. So basically the first day it's a little bit better and then the first month it's even more better and then after a year it's even better and better. So it progressively gets easier and gets stronger the more and more that you do it

So knowing what your values are and then making sure that your actions match up with your values, I did a podcast that goes into more detail about this called Values equals Actions or something like that. So letting go of anger, moving into forgiveness, which is a whole podcast in itself, but the simple version of it is instead move into understanding. So rather than holding on to anger, we intentionally move to understanding. Because understanding is the anecdote to anger. Remember that when you're angry that's essentially like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die

Most of the time we look in the mirror and we pick out everything that's wrong. How about we look in the mirror and we pick out things that are right about our body, things that our body does for us, things that our body has helped us accomplish. And instead of just focusing on the negative, we are also focusing on the positive
