And once you're not afraid to die anymore, life becomes a lot more relaxing. Key for this would be to listen to a lot of near death experience videos. There's literally tens of thousands of them on the internet you can listen to, and it'll help you to not be so afraid of death. 23. Get some sunlight and walk barefoot on the earth. Reduce stress in your life remember, if it costs you your peace, it's too expensive. So work on reducing the stress that you have in your life bit by bit. Just keep on reducing, reducing, reducing things that cause you stress. You might not want to do them all at once, but that should be the goal is to continue to reduce stress, not add stress to your life. Remember to reduce your stress that will bring you more happiness. 26. Exercise and move your body
