Why does changing jobs have a negative connotation? I can pull on so many positives.
She said it doesn't matter what the reason is. She doesn't care. If she sees somebody who isn't staying in a job for a long period, then she thinks that they are not stable. And I think that is the issue we have in the society that we're working in right now, is that everybody projects the issues of work on the worker, not on the system or the environment

Probably like, a place that you actually would want to work at, would understand that that's what this situation is, because it's much more complex than just like, oh, you switch jobs too much. No, there's a lot of story there, and there's a lot of fundamental, like foundational things that are beyond your control. So I don't know. I agree with you. I think there's a lot of questions to ask about the system in this scenario
