Gen Z and the Special Needs Community

They're pushing for better inclusion in classrooms, fighting against bullying, and ensuring special education resources are available to those who need them. Another societal attribute Gen Z possesses is that they engage with politicians, voting on issues that support the rights of people with disabilities, and advocating for better access to health care and support systems. Now, one amazing thing I have found endearing about Gen Z is their natural sense to cultivate workforce inclusion

That is why I started my flowcast and became a podcaster to get the message out there and because I have my own challenges. Although from an educational standpoint I would labeled as mild to moderate on the special education spectrum, I do have my own personal insights and views as well and yeah, so that's why I started it and I'm going to share this from my swell. Get more of the word out there to people but thank you for this and keep doing what you do. Bye

And so because Gen Z has grown up in a more inclusive environment, they can embrace inclusiveness in a greater way. They're not dealing with the stigmatization of special needs as previous generations. And so I love this. And I have a big heart for special needs people. Big, big heart for that. I love to see special needs people being treated with value, with love and compassion. And I'm glad that Gen Z is championing for this in the workplace and in other sectors of our society
