Both are important for professional and personal success. It is possible to be efficient but not effective and vice versa. For example, a process may be efficient in terms of time and resource utilization, but fail to deliver the desired results. On the other hand, a process may be effective in achieving the desired outcome but not efficient in terms of resource utilization. The difference between efficiency and effectiveness are two distinct but interconnected concepts in both business and everyday life

Hey, Simon, I love know in this strive for excellence. It's always a good, it's a good lesson on efficiency and effectiveness. And then I said, I'm going to jump in here and tickle you up and smile with you a little bit. So this is what I'm applying to the collective consciousness on words. Smart, gravity and words. Minimizing words in this world where we just regurgitate and vomit words. Minimizing words to effectiveness, optimizing our relationships, optimizing our desires
But you brought it to another dimension that I never even took into consideration, and that is word economy. A lot of times, and I'm sure, Shauna, in your experience, you probably heard this as well. A lot of times, people say a lot of know, they think that the more words you use, the more you're able to convey the big picture
