So when you're faced with something that you have no control over and that you can't do much about it is the worst. It is scary because you don't know what's going to happen. It's not within your control. And what I've seen so far pretty God, that nothing changes, but everything is okay. And you just got to trust. Trust. Other people will do what they say they will do and just believe

Great post, Jess. You know, seriously. And I think it's a really powerful thing that, you know, and I think all leaders should really take into account and surround themselves with people that have different backgrounds and that see issues and things from a different lens and be open to looking at those things from a different lens and admit when you're wrong like you have and not take it as an insult, as you say, if you can do those things, you're ahead of the curve
